Hi, I am flat owner. I am looking for a decent tenant for 12 months or 24 months registered leave and license.
It is a 2 BHK flat, 860 sq. ft. built up area, 2 bathrooms, large spacious rooms, on 7th Floor of 7 storey building. It is in New MHADA colony which is next to Infinity IT Park, Dindoshi, Goregaon East, Mumbai.
The society is very safe with CC TV cameras, gardens and lift. 24 hours water supply. Additional provision of water tanks in both bathrooms is being done. Flat is unfurnished.
Rent will be Rs. 35,000 per month for first year and deposit Rs. 1.5 lakh. Parking will have to be paid as per actuals, outside building premises, but within society's reserved area (subject to availability).
Tenant should be with clean background and should provide details for background verification.
Following terms would apply:
1) Leave and licence for 12 months to be done. Actual expenses to be shared. Extension would wholly depend on owners decision, with appropriate increase in monthly rent.
2) Society development fund of Rs. 10,000 (or as per actual) to be shared, per year.
3) Tenant would have to get police verification acknowledgement from local police station for submitting to society office.
4) Tenant should not carry out any kind of structural changes in the house.
5) Air Conditions, if any, can be fitted only inside window box grills. Making holes in society external walls is not allowed.
